Sound Fighter® LSE Wall System
The Sound Fighter® Noise Control Wall System is a proven success in the noise abatement industry. The LSE 1000/2000/3000 modules have been used on interstate highways for over 30 years, in addition to applications in commercial and industrial markets.
Reflective block and concrete wall systems reflect noise back towards the noise source thus increasing noise levels above the original direct noise levels. Sound Fighter® LSE panels, however, absorb sound waves thus preventing the reflected sound waves from increasing noise levels.
The Sound Fighter® LSE wall system is cost competitive with many DOT (Department of Transportation) block wall applications. The easy installation procedure saves time and does not require skilled labor; therefore, fewer hours are needed resulting in reduced labor costs. Traffic control costs are greatly reduced providing additional savings and less congestion during the construction phase of a project.
FEATURES:
Sound absorption is a primary feature of the LSE Wall System. The LSE panels eliminate reflective noise, a growing concern on highway and noise abatement projects through out the country.
Lightweight, the LSE panels weight 5lbs per square foot. The LSE Wall System is ideal for mounting on structures such as bridges and buildings.
Building block design makes the LSE Wall System easy to adapt to custom noise abatement applications.
Graffiti resistant surface allows paint and permanent marker graffiti to be easily removed in moments with environmentally friendly cleansers that chemically dissolve the paint and ink without damaging the wall.
Modular construction makes the wall easy to assemble and disassemble. The wall can also be taken down for easy access to service equipment or for relocating the wall.
UV Testing and real world applications have confirmed long life and durability. Will not rust, rot or stain.
Colors, virtually any color is available to match existing colors or to create a desired look. Using multiple colors and shades can create attractive patterns.
Wind load pressures up to 200mhp on LSE 1000 and 180 mph on LSE 2000
Installed heights of up to 35 feet permit additional noise mitigation.
Temporary and portable wall applications easily addressed and convenient.
